This section is the entry point for future operational incident handling documentation.

Current baseline​

The repo already documents a few operational areas that are typically referenced during incidents:

  • CI/CD troubleshooting
  • infrastructure and environment ownership
  • privacy and deletion processing
  • database migration and drift workflows

Existing runbooks to consult first​

Follow-up expectation​

If the team standardizes incident classes such as auth outage, migration rollback, email delivery failure, or storage outage, add dedicated docs here rather than scattering them across unrelated folders.
